All my cables are made by hand by me one at a time, I'm a small operation working at my home, with a small markup (40%) including labor. The wire is MIL spec aerospace stranded silver plated copper wire, silver being the best conductor of electricity, Teflon insulation is very close to air resulting in very low capacitance which makes the cable suitable for any audio component as it will not contribute to instability,or absorb the signal. Teflon insulation is very thin resulting in a cable that is lightweight and flexible. This cable will not stress the jacks on your components, but is very large gauge. This configuration provides incredible imaging and detail across the entire audio spectrum, deep, tight, powerful bass, sweet transparent midrange smooth and linear high frequency response. This cable provides incredibly low resistance. For the braid,referred to as "Milloit braid," after Henry Albert Milloit
who invented and patented this type of braid for the Perfection Mica Company back in 1960 (see patent no. 2,958,724). Kimber Kable was able to secure a patent on the exact same braid, which they trademarked as Orthogonal GyroQuadratic. However that patent is unenforceable due to the prior Milloit patent.

Greetings Marcus:
I’m writing to provide you with some feedback on the power cord. First, you were right: they sounded good out of the box; even better once they broke in for about fifty hours. While my former power cord-a 14 gauge no name cord-may not be much competition, the difference was night and day. Depending on the recording, of course, I’d say the soundstage increased in depth and width an average of 3 feet. On recordings I’m very familiar with-such as “Quintessence” by Bill Evans, the cymbals lost a “spray can” character and gave me air and overtones. A sense of “touch” was evident in the brushes on drums.
The kind of detail I value isn’t hearing whether a subway train is running beneath an orchestra; rather, I value musical detail, and that’s just what this cord gave me. I listened to Charles Mingus’ “Isabel’s Table Dance” from “Tijuana Moods” and heard so much more of Isabel’s hissing and sassing in the background, the shaking of the tambourine and the castanets-so clearly delineated. When the full jazz orchestra plays a cacophony of sound, I heard individual instruments rather than a jumble.
I could go on but I’ll sum up: I think this cord let me hear what my new preamp is capable of. Given that there’s no way to audition and no money back, I bought this on a leap of faith, and I have no regrets. I’m very pleased. While I’ve always known and appreciated what great cables can do for a system, I’ve always chafed at the expense. Even if $ were no object, folks are starving in the world, and I’m paying 15k for interconnects?
In any event, I’m re-cabling my entire system with Tunis cables. To start, let me know what you’d recommend on a 1 meter interconnect between my VAC Statement Preamp w/ Phono stage and my Plinius SA100 MkII amp. My speakers are Magnepan 1.6.
