The Audio Magic Beeswax SHD is the new state-of-the-art in audiophile power outlet technology.  The SHD employs heavy duty, high purity copper contacts with either Gold or Rhodium platting.  Audio Magic disassembles each duplex and it undergoes the following stages:

• Coat the entire body internally with a layer of dampening material, 


• Apply an additional layer of special Black Out paint to absorb EMI and RF,


• Install Audio Magic i-Core slugs in 4 chambers to hold the contacts in place and enhance current flow,


• Fill the chambers with beeswax for even more contact dampening,


• Finally, AM applies their Nano Streaming process, which is an extreme high voltage treatment that reduces micro static discharge in all metal parts and improves conductivity.
