Nordost QX-2

PLEASE NOTE THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE Qx2 UNIT.  I HAVE 2 AVAILABLE.  When placed between the wall or power conditioner and either a CD Player, Amplifier,or Preamp these Quantum units just seem to extract sound that is buried within the music without them in place. There is an "ON/OFF" switch and you can really hear a difference when switched off and then switched back on.  The greatest improvement is when placed before a CD Player or DAC.  You should read about a White paper Quantum released on a study of how the Quantum technology improves digital sound.  Also the reviews in Positive Feedback and 6 Moons will support what the Quantum Qx2 units can do.  I have an analogue setup as well and the effect is much more subdued for analogue, but with digital playback these are game changers.  Also Nordost noticed that the Q4 seemed to overpower preamps so they made a Qx2 especially to be placed before a preamp, although it improves the sound greatly in front of a CD Player as well.  I have a shelf space problem now that I am going with a multiple box Digital front end and only have room for two Quantum units, so my others are being sold.
