I have used this conditioner for several years but have decided to trade up to a different one. It works but from time to time it shuts off by itself sometimes when there is a power outage it shuts off of course but doesn't back on. This sounds funny but if I hit it on top it comes on. Right now It turns on and off with the switch. and stays on To be clear it may need some repair not sure. These usually sell for $800 to $900 so I am listing for $600 to provide for repair if needed.If you buy it is as is and described The case is in good shape and it comes with inner and outer box original packing remote, owners manual and unused rack ears with the screws
Note: I am rating fair because cosmetics are very good operating as above No power cord is included
