This system consists of 2 Power Pods, 1 Master, 1 Slave, and 2 Power cords, 1 Power and 1 Umbilical. Either pod can be used individually to provide 4 outlets or mated together to provide 8 outlets in two locations, 4+4
These power PODS passively pass all of the power available from your wall.
No Lights, Circuit Breakers, or Power Switches to limit Current

These units are star wired which provides all outlets with equal power delivery.
It's Die-cast aluminum construction and non-magnetic hardware provides 100% shielding of EMI and RFI noise. Internal wiring is Military spec 99.99% Silver plated OFC copper wire with Teflon Dielectric

The wire is MIL spec aerospace stranded silver plated copper wire, silver being the best conductor of electricity, Teflon insulation is very close to air resulting in very low capacitance which makes the cable suitable for any audio component as it will not contribute to instability, or absorb the signal. Teflon insulation is very thin resulting in a cable that is lightweight and flexible. This cable will not stress the jacks on your components, but is very large gauge.
This heavy-wall wire, rated at 1,000 volts rms or 3,000 volts DC, saves both size and weight compared with many other insulated wires of the same rating. Suitable for broad-frequency use at elevated temperatures in high-reliability programs where electrical and thermal stability are important.
The powerCON is a locking 3 conductor equipment AC connector with contacts for line, neutral and pre-mating ground contact.
It replaces appliance couplers wherever a very rugged solution in combination with a locking device is needed in order to guarantee a safe power connection.

The HBL8115V is a 2-pole 3-wire NEMA 5-15P Hospital-grade Valise Plug with nylon housing, Noryl (polyphenylene oxide) cord clamp, brass contact blade and ground contact blade. Maximum 30°C temperature rise at full rated current after 50 cycles of overload at 150% of rated current at a power factor of 75%.

Hospital Grade Receptacles are superior in the following ways:
The ground terminal is totally isolated from the lead and neutral circuits to reject ground loop noise and electro-magnetic interference. The internal circuitry, wire and blade contacts are heavy-gauge phosphor bronze made of 95% solid copper- not plated brass!
The receptacle body is made of injection molded thermoplastic with a Nylon face for high dielectric strength. The receptacle grips plug blades tighter than any other audio-grade receptacle on the market. Receptacles can definitely make a difference. Hospital grade receptacles grip tighter for safe use in oxygen-rich environments and better sounding in Audio Applications. Tighter connection = better energy transfer.

The materials used in manufacturing Hospital Grade products are higher quality,
and should not surprise anyone that they sound better. Just compare the insulators and conductors, not even considering the plating and grounding specs.

It replaced a Shunyata venom as i had expanded and moved it to a second system.
I used a direct A/B comparison between the two. Marks distributor is excellent.
