Adcom GTP 500 II Tuner Preamp with MM phono input

The preamp works great but the tuner section on this unit will not receive a station. From what I've read, it's a common problem on these units. If you don't care about the radio or know how to fix it, you could score a nice unit at a great price.
All lights and displays work fine. As you can see in the photos, the local station of 102.1 is not showing any signal strength. It scrolls through all the frequencies but won't grab a signal.

This was never in my main system but I played with it a bit last year.

The preamp section works fine and sounds great.

The remote is included but I can't seem to get that to work so I didn't check it off under accessories.

It's been well packed and will ship promptly when payment clears.
The Owner's Manual and a Service Manual are included on a CD. The service manual has step by step alignment instructions for the FM section.

The face and rear are in great shape but there are flaws on the top as pictured.
