"Probably one of the most famous RCA's from the early stereo era. Catalog # LSC-2225. This is very rare since it was of limited supply in the USA after being recorded in England by UK Decca. Recorded in Kingsway Hall in London. Under the direction of Alexander Gibson conducting the New Symphony Orchestra of London. This is my pick for the most dynamic record RCA ever produced. Engineered by Kenneth Wilkinson and Ray Minshull. This record, known for its 3-D imaging, was recorded Dec. 1957. The Decca team used there famous Decca three miking technique which is a little different than US engineers. I personally feel that this is one of the top 5 RCA recordings of all time." - Popsike.

This is an RCA "Shaded Dog" Living Stereo recording from 1958. The RCA "Dogs" are considered to be of true Audiophile quality. This recording is no exception.

This is a true 1st Pressing with 1S/1S as part of the Matrix.

The record is Exc++.
The jacket is VG+.
The LP plays/sounds Mint-.

A stunning recording! One of the most sought-after records in the RCA catalog. Absolutely fantastic sound.

TAS Golden Dozen on HP's super disc list.

This record has sold for prices ranging from $250.00 to $650.00 on Ebay.

This is the cleanest and most dynamic pressing of this title that I have heard yet. The High Frequency energy on this pressing is better than on any other I've heard to date - it is open and transparent. The dynamics and imaging are way above
average on this copy (including the CD). Instrumental tonality is also exceptional on this pressing.
Surface noise is present on random, quiet passages but only as low-level 'crackles' that sound 'outside' the music. There are only about 3 or 4 minor 'ticks' at the very beginning of Side 1 but they are low-level. This copy (like all the others I have heard) also has some of the 'post-echo' but to a much lesser degree.

Each record is washed on a VPI cleaning machine using a proprietary 3-5 agent process which is determined by the needs of the individual record. Each record is then listened to 100% to insure that the posted description is exactly what you can expect to get.
