Amber Series 70 with modifications.

This is not an ordinarily Series 70 power amp, the one I am selling is with modifications done professionally by an engineer who has been in audio field for many year. All filter caps on the output stage were replaced by much better quality caps also the speaker terminals were replaced with high end rugged connectors.In addition the RCA input terminals were replaced with much better quality than the original one. All these improvements made a dramatic change to a far better sounding amp. The sound after the improvements is cleaner with lower distortion, very musical with fantastic sound stage, excellent balance top to bottom. The Amber Series 70 is a high current output design, the rated power is 70 watts at 8 ohm and 110 watts in 4 ohm very conservative rating, the amp will drive very nicely just about any loudspeakers. All function of the amp working very well. This kind of modifications cost about $450.00, therefore the asking price is a fantastic buy.
