Smyth Realiser A8 SVS Headphone DAC / Amp + Wireworld HDMI

The Smyth Realiser A8 is a revolutionary product that takes stereo imaging out of the space between your headphones (ears) and spreads it across an expansive soundstage in front of, and surrounding you, as though you were listening to real speakers.  And, the Realiser enables you to emulate any stereo system you can access, from your own home system to various dealer systems around the country.  You can build a home library of sound systems, including speakers from B&W, Magico, Wilson Audio, Acoustic Zen and Sonus Faber, that you can swap between as the mood or music strikes you.

The unit is indistinguishable from new (except for dust in the crevices), making it a legitimate 9 on the Audiogon scale.  It comes with all accompanying accessories in the original manufacturer's packaging.  (The manual is only available on-line -- please read it before purchasing.)

I am bundling the Realiser A8 with a 0.6 meter Wireworld Platinum Starlight 7 HDMI cable -- a $290.00 value -- which will be necessary to connect your computer to the unit.  Note:  Please check that your computer can output HDMI before purchasing!

I am also including a set of low-noise, in-ear high-sensitivity binaural microphones (in addition to the in-ear binaural microphones that are included with the Realiser A8.)  I found these to fit my ears better than the supplied mics, which, to me, were a total PITA.  I purchased these for $99.00.

Finally, if you want to output the Realiser signal to an external DAC, I'll throw in a 0.5 meter Wireworld Supernova 7 optical digital (Toslink) cable for free -- a $200.00 value.  (The Realiser A8 has an onboard DAC, but my Weiss DAC202 was better.)  

Headphones are NOT included in this bundle.  (I used Audeze LCD-3s.)

Only selling because, after 3 years of wrestling with headphones, I've come to the conclusion that I  just don't like wearing them.  So, I'm going to set up another stereo system with external speakers.
