Nice Condition Traded-In Pair of ATC EL-150 SLP Speakers. Some issues on these speakers both good and bad. There is a very slight raise/hailine crack to the veneer on the top of one speaker, very hard to see, but one can feel a ridge. Also speakers have been modified by Nick Doshi in 3 areas. 1- Internal wiring replaced with Transparent Reference.2- The metal clips that connect the drivers to the internal wires have been removed and hard soldered.3- The tri-wire in the back has been hard wired in the back to make the speaker perform optimally with a single speaker cable. We feel that these changes have incredibly improved the speaker, but realize beauty (and sound) is in the eye of the beholder.
