AUDIO ARTISTRY DVORAK Speaker System

Audio Artistry Dvorak speakers - with electronic crossover. This system was used by Jell Rowland to design his Model 8 Power Amplifier! Designed by Sigfried Linkwitz of Linkwitz-Riley crossover fame and currently, his Orion speaker. The Dvorak is an three way Dipole design that throws a huge open relaxed soundstage with tuneful deep bass. Each bass cabinet houses two 12" woofers, each tall panel has two 8" midranges & one 1" tweeter. Using the electronic crossover - One amp is required to drive the sub woofers and another the panels (midrange and highs); or one amp per side panel and associated sub - as I do. Another nice thing about this design is that it lets you place the Bass cabinets and mid/twt'r panels where they each sound best in the room. All of the principles at Audio Artistry were amateur classical musicians, they designed their speakers to best express the full dynamics of classical music.
