Audio Research SP-8 Mk-II Tube Preamplifier

I picked up this preamp from an Ebay seller in 2005. At the time of acquisition, the preamp went through a complete rebuilt-tubes and caps were replaced, solder reflowed--by an certified ARC technicians in the Bay Area. All replacements parts were new from ARC. He tested it out completely and thoroughly. Since then it has be listened to sparingly.

The unit is in perfect working condition. The faceplate, however, has one defeat-it is bent at the upper left-hand corner but is it hardly noticeable.

The preamp has a beautiful phono section. I was told it the last best single chassis tube preamp that ARC built. Even the power supply uses tube for regulation.

I am selling because I am moving out of the country.
