A rare Audiomat Tango 2.5, 24/96 dac. I purchased this unit used in 2002. There are no scratches or cosmetic flaws on the chassis. The rca connectors are showing some wear. The output coupling capacitors were changed to ESA Clarity caps. The dac operates perfectly. I am rating the condition of the dac a 7 because of the age and the circuit mod. The original box and owners manual are included. This unit has coax, balanced & optical inputs. I am getting more into computer audio and wish to get a dac with built-in usb. I do not know what the original price of the Tango was but I paid $870 for it in 2002 so I will offer it for half that price. Thank you.
