Bel Canto Pre3 Preamplifier

Excellent condition Bel Canto Pre 3 that I used in a second system and have used sparingly. There is a review at 10 audio that compared this to the Audio Research Ls26 pre at $6000 and the reviewer thought that this pre was better. Now I own the LS26 as well and IMO the SQ of this preamplifier is not too far off that of the Ls26. I also own the Parasound JC2 and let me tell you, I would not mind substituting this pre for the $4000 JC2 either. It is that good. Reason for sale is that I have too many preamplifiers and need to consolidate. The pre is in pristine condition, however the plastic covered volume control buttons on the remote have developed minor cracks which appears to be a common occurance with this model (and others in the line that use this remote), because of this I will rate it an 8/10. I have the original manual but no box. The unit will be packaged professionally for safe shipping. Since I am in & out on some business travels I wil be able to ship the unit after the 18th of May.
