I am the original owner of this VBS1. It was recently purchased from an authorized dealer for a system that is no longer going to happen as I have decided to downsize. Take advantage of this virtually new unit at a great price. If interested, I will sell this in combination with my DAC 1.5 (see other listing) for $2000. Adding the VBS1 to the DAC 1.5, takes it way beyond the stock power supply, and offers even more sonic improvement than the LNS1. Utterly clear and smooth with NO edge or grain. I have not heard the DAC 3.5, but the DAC 1.5 with the VBS1 is the best DAC I have tried, including the Bryston and Audio Research DAC 7 to name a couple.
