Truly Reference.This is one smokin' SS pre-amp. Serious build ! Soundstaging ch-amp, 3-D imaging king, nice sustain of decay, lot's of air. Balanced inputs & outputs. You can run two phono's has inputs for both MM & MC with loading plugs of 10, 20, 50, 100, & 150 ohm included. HT bypass. If at all interested check the 2006 Sound Stage review of the Belles 350-A amp, the small review of the 28-A is within.This is not the stripped down version w/o phono, Hollywood Sound prices these at $5k w/ phono, Palmeto $5,245-. The A-gon blue book is wrong, that is the stripped down V-2 version less MC & plugs etc. Closer to a 9 than an 8 rating. USPS Money Order only.
