World class 300B SET amplifier by Border Patrol, separate power supply. I first heard this beautiful amplifier at RMAF 2011 and purchased it soon afterwards. Tube complement is two EH 300B tubes, two Sovtek 6C45Pi input tubes, two Valvo EZ80 rectifier tubes and one Mullard GZ-37 rectifier tube. Also includes two EZ80 Ei stock tubes. This amplifier fills the room with a large image, holographic placement of instruments/singers, great macro ~ micro dynamics and detail!
Condition is close to 10/10 with the unit being about 6 months old.
The reason for this sale is my hearing problems which require hearing aids limiting my appreciation of high quality stereo gear. I have also sold my GAT preamp and fancy cables for this reason.

A limited warranty is offered by Border Patrol on this sale that reads as follows: 'a limited 6 month back to base warranty on faulty workmanship and parts failures not caused by owner misuse or tube issues' will be honoured.
