Bryston 28SST2 C-series monoblocks pair outstanding performance; rarely up for sale

Excellent condition, pair of newest Bryston 28ss2 mono blocks; 1000 watts per side into 8 ohms; 2000 va power supply, soft-start circuit,20 year warranty; purchased new by me from authorized dealer late in 2009. 2 small scratches in handles; only because these brutes weigh 95 lbs each; out of box. Never moved; well cared for; and no problems ever. Input impedance is single ended: 15k ohm, balanced; 20k. Distortion is less than 0.005%; >113db below rated output at 23dB gain.. Selling because I sold my MBL 111'es, and moved into more effecient speakers; now wishing to move into tubed amps to match my VAC pre.
Priced well, at over 60% off new pair. Great reviews; product of the year. Read Dev's comments when he used them to power his MBL 101e's before moving up to the VAC 450 statements. You can never have too much power; fantastic control of woofer drivers; great air and transparancy on the top end, bested my prior MBL amps; and less expensive.
