Bryston 3B-ST power amp - 5+ years on warranty

This is my beloved Bryston 3B-ST power amp. I have confirmed with Bryston that the amp still has over 5 years left on its warranty, and that the warranty will transfer to the new owner.

The amp suffered some minor and superficial damage on its way to me. The left rear heatsink was slightly bent and two of the corners of the faceplate were scuffed which is very difficult to see. Overall the amp is in fantastic shape. The chassis is essentially mark-free and scratch-free.

The amp operates perfectly except for a very low-volume squeaking sound after turning it off which comes through the speakers. The sound lasts for less than half a second. I contacted Bryston about this and they said the mainboard mute relays need to be replaced which IS covered under the warranty. I haven't bothered to send it in since the issue is so minor.

A new Bryston 3B-SST2 power amp costs $4295.
