A very powerful and accurate power amplifier. 18 years of warranty left (build date 6/30/2010). Pristine condition. The reflections in my photos make the unit a bit blotchy looking. I assure you the amp does not look like this. I am conservatively giving this an 8 rating but feel it could easily qualify as a 9.
A real powerhouse at 300 wpc into 8 ohms and 500 wpc into 4 ohms. The damping factor is over 500 at 20hz referenced @ 8 ohms. This is the 17" version (without handles).
I am the second owner. It was originally sold by a dealer in CT. I am not selling this amp out of dissatisfaction - far from it. It sounded wonderful in my system. I am now using an equally wonderful McIntosh tube amp and cannot afford to keep both.
