California Audio Labs CL-2500 MCA 5 x 500W Audiophile Amp

This is one of the most powerful, and best sounding multi-ch amps EVER made. It is a mighty powerful amp that never runs out of steam. It has been tested (by magazines) to have clean power up to 750W when in 2ch mode. I have compared it to ZH270 and Parasound JC1 monoblocks. It is nearly as clean and detailed as ZH270 (ZH has a little more air) while having the power and ease that exceeded the JC1s. In many respect, it was better than the Parasound, which is unbelievable given that I was comparing a 5ch amp to highly regarded monoblocks. When the MCA was introduced at $7500, they said it compared favorably to $10K 2ch amps. It is truly too bad that CAL went out of business and that more people didn't get to hear this amazing amp. I am pricing MCA at $3000. I have the original box, manual and wooden crate in good condition, but I prefer a local buyer (since it weighs just over 100lb).
