This is the original Dacmagic that had everyone raving the last couple of years. It is in fine shape and in perfect working order. Highlights:
* Three digital inputs (including Async USB)
* Multiple filters to tailor the sound to your system
* Support for sample rates up to 24/192
* Balanced and single-ended outputs
* Digital passthrough
* Based on the WM8740 DAC chipset
I used this unit as an upgrade to the already-excellent Squeezebox digital conversion. It made an immediate difference! Equipment and rooms will vary, but I gained a much wider soundstage and better delineation of instruments. Everything became clearer.
