If you know these amplifiers I need say nothing more. For those that are not familiar, the Canary CA 160's are powerful tube based amplifiers that feature the EL34 output tubes renowned for their sublime midrange and airy highs. Having owned EL34 based amps before I was stunned by how much more definition and air I got with the power the CA-160's. Equally surprising was how well the bass performed, fast and tight. With 8 EL34 Output tubes on each amp the units run much cooler than I expected at the recommended bias. Its a nice bonus to not have to turn on the air to listen to your system
