Includes Original wood box , level , Spec. Sheet , Output Graph and Mounting Screws . I also have the paperwork from Soundsmith
About 35 hours of use since the re-build which was done January 2016 . Extremely CLEAN . and GREAT Sounding . Kept as a backup and just not getting any use . It has a straight cantilever a perfect Stylus and properly functioning suspension .
Rated 8/10 mainly for age .
