For sale is a Bluelectric MC cartridge with less than 60 hours playing time. Swiss cartridge master Reto Andreoli creates a limited quantity of cartridges that are very highly regarded. His "Magic Diamond" is still considered one of the all-time best.
I have the good fortune to own two other of his creations and am making this one available since the other two are more than enough for the record-playing time I have.
This started out as a Transfiguration Temper V before going through a master rebuild. Medium compliance, internal impedance 3 ohms, tracks at 1.6-2 grams. Reto's notes to me were: "This is a wonderful sounding cartridge and a pain to do but the outcome was worth any effort. I used parts from my personal treasure box from my time of GBros and a LOT of time to do it that way. Think it sounds just superb"
The headshell in the pictures is not included.
