This Koetsu Rosewood has a new boron cantilever and micro ridge stylus installed by Andy Kim of Needle Clinic. It has no more than 100 hours since the retip in July 2015 (several comparable carts in rotation).
According to Comiston's comprehensive guide (see p. 9) this was probably made by Sugano with silver clad coils:
"Some versions of the standard may also have been produced with silver wire coils and feature an 'S' prefix to the serial number."
I believe this, as this Rosewood does not have a mushy bass as many have said about this model. Bass is tight, soundstage is wide, midrange will tug at your heartstrings.
