Practically new, barely used London Decca Jubilee-50 hours on it, tops. This cartridge does things other traditional cartridges can't, especially for orchestral, acoustic, and jazz music. I am selling it only because I also have many older records that I use another cartridge with and frankly just am too lazy to do proper setup to roll to the Jubilee for serious listening (proper setup is key). But my goodness, what detail! What texture! Listed at significant savings vs. new, and I've saved you the trouble of burn-in.

| Hi, I am interested in the Jubilee How does it play jazz or rock. Let me know the history and condition, Tra Hi Tra--This cartridge is outstanding with Classical, Jazz, all acoustic music, and most Rock. With heavily multitracked productions, it can sometimes be almost too revealing. However, for "Dark side of the Moon," or "Aja" for example, it's outstanding. I am the 2nd owner. The first owner bought it new but couldn't get it set up properly on his tonearm, so I got it with almost no hours on it. I've used it on a VPI Scout with no issues. I'm very meticulous with my equipment and vinyl--it's really just like new. |
