Haufe 2xV264 / Neumann BV33 STEREO Moving Coil (MC) step up input transformer in metal case with RCA jacks !

Neumann BV33 step-up MC input transformers were used in Neumann WV2 and WV2a pre-amplifiers in early 60's.
After 1962, used the BV33 transformer with type number 2xV264, produced for Neumann by Haufe manufacture.

The offered transformer comes from a new edition of the 2xV264 produced by Haufe. Limited edition !

The MC transformer type 2xV264 were produced by Haufe manufacture on behalf of Georg Neumann company in Berlin, and were used in the broadcast studio preamp/equalizer Neumann WV2a, and as well in the little brother of the Neumann WV2 the SEV 1, an MC phono preamp/equalizer for general purpose application.

The Haufe 2x V264 (Neumann BV33) consists of two identical and matched MC transformers installed in one heavy gauge mu-metal screening can.

This MC transformer is perfectly suitable for operation with all MC cartridges, with output impedance from 2 to 100 Ohm (for example from low output impedance Ortofon SPU to high output impedance EMT TSD15)

Made in Germany.
