Brand new Ortofon 2M black MM cartridge. I used the 2M Black for several years when I had an issue with the connection pins while putting it on a new headshell. It was sent back to Ortofon and they determined it to be defective and replaced the entire unit. While I was waiting for its return I fell in love with a Clearaudio MC cartridge and no longer need the 2M Black.
I put it on a headshell to test it when it arrived back from the manufacturer, it worked so I placed it back in its packaging. You won't find a better deal on this fantastic cartridge. $500.00
