The wonderful sound of the Technics EPC-300 moving coil cartridge is one of the best MC cartridges for under $1000.00 range, very musical, excellent sound stage, open mids with very smooth highs and deep tight bass. The cartridge is in excellent shape, I own this as new and played it less than 80 hours, it was checked under the microscope by pro technician and confirmed that had very little use it has been in very good environment. the output of the cartridge is 0.1mV, Frequency Response is 10Hz to 50Kz, tracking force is 1.7g to 2.3g,
Cartridge weight (mass) is 6.9 grams, Stylus tip is Nude Diamond Elliptical 0.2 x 0.7 mil
original price of the cartridge was $850.00. being conservative I am rating it as 8/10 but in reality it is more like 9/10.
