Yoshiro Uesugi was a legendary tube amp designer and audio critic in Japan. His products always used the best parts available, and this transformer is no exception - custom Tango transformers with a very wide frequency range for exceptional transparency. There were two variants - Low and High. This example is the High model: with 40 ohms impedance, it is perfect for Denon and Koetsu cartridges.
