Selling my Berkeley Alpha 1 DAC (silver face) with a Berkeley Alpha USB (black). I keep my stuff in good condition. These are not pristine but everything about them works and works well. I used the Alpha 1 volume control as my preamp. If you use one digital source, you may find that you like the sound better without a preamplifier.
I played so much Grateful Dead through this device. Careful when you touch them, it could trigger a flashback.

Questions for the seller
Why the 6/10 rating? Any major blemishes/dents?
Not really. The DAC has some light scratches on the bottom. The USB is in great shape. Mainly because of age and those scratches.
