McIntosh MCD-500 CD/SACD Player

Here we have a McIntosh MCD500 CD/SACD Player in excellent condition.  It functions perfectly, looks great and, most importantly, sounds like McIntosh.  Smooth and musical pretty accurately sums up this MCD500.   Cosmetically it has a bit of dust and a few tiny little scratches in the chassis(pictured) but the front glass is perfect.  The scratches are on the top left corner and are not visible from more than a few feet away.

 The MCD500 has a host of outputs, both digital and analog balanced and single ended.  It also has  variable analog outputs and volume control so you could actually connect this directly to your amplifier if you wanted to.  But the sweet spot will still be connecting to a preamplifier first. 

 We do not have the original box but we will pack it in other McIntosh double boxes for safe shipping.  Included in the sale will be the remote control and power cord.
