dCS Elgar plus and Verdi Encore The Elgar plus is in perfect functional & cosmetic condition (8/10 is for age only) So why the low price? The Verdi Encore plays CDs perfectly and the two S/PDIF inputs work perfectly. The optional upsampling of 44.1kHz (CD or S/PDIF inputs) to DSD also works perfectly. However, it will not reliably play SACDs. Both units were bought by me from an authorized dealer in 2005/6. Used in a smoke/pet/child-free environment. In original manufacturer's packaging with remote & manuals. The Elgar plus is in a dCS triple box and the Verdi Encore is in a dCS flight case. Buyer pays shipping or picks up in downtown Boston, MA 02210. PayPal adds 3% [4% for international payments].
