Evolution 525a is Krell's current
top-of-the-line reference CD player. The slot-loaded disc-clamping
transport mechanism provides a stable platform for the dual differential
24-bit DAC, one for each channel, feeding Krell's class A analog output
stages with CAST connection in addition to the standard RCA and XLR
outputs. Sophisticated multi-stage filtered power supply provides
separate power to each individual section of the playback process.

The EV525a is a purist audiophile reference CD player for those who
still much prefer traditional 2-channel high-end audio systems.
