I am selling my KAV-280cd player. Included with the player I am sending
the XLR cables as they came with the player when I purchased it and I
will no longer need them. The cables are 2.5 meters (99 inches) in
length.
I only live a couple hours from the Krell headquarters in
Connecticut so I dropped the player off at Krell in 2013 for servicing
so it's been less than 5 years since it was serviced. It's been boxed
up now for over 2 years as I rarely used it while in my bedroom where I
had it connected to a KAV-300iL and a couple of monitor audio bookshelf
speakers. I boxed it up to have the floors re-done and just never
un-boxed it after that. Since the servicing the player has seen no more
than 5 hours of use as I normally listen to music in the family room or
basement where I have better sound systems. The only minor flaw is
that part of the silk screening is missing from the word 'Play'. I
asked Krell to repair when they had it but they said they were unable to
do it. Looks and works great other than that.
