Meridian 800 DVD / CD Player

Here is a Meridian 800 DVD/CD player being sold "As Is, for parts only."  The unit is is in fair cosmetic condition with a few scratches and some scuffing on the top from another piece of equipment sitting on top of it, but no major dents or dings.  

The reason we are selling the unit "Not Working, for Parts Only" is because we can't seem to get any output from it.  It will power on and open the tray but when a disc is inserted the unit will simply not play anything.  This may be a simple fix for a technician but we are selling it for a customer who just upgraded to new equipment and needs the Meridian to go away.

So if you are an electronics repair tech or just a do-it-yourselfer this would be a fantastic player if you can get it working properly.  Meridian is still considered a high end luxury audio/video brand and the 800 player is a world class piece of hardware, especially with audio.
We have the original Meridian double box for shipping.  We do NOT have the owners manual, remote control or power cord.
