Just back from a complete checkout with Dan. I purchased his OPPO 105D, with all Mods for my new theater because, with spacefor 1 player, I needed blu ray, and DVD audio capability. The Oppo is great, but candidly, for CD, and SACD, this Sony is the best sounding of the two, by a decent margin.
My loss- Your gain You will not be disappointed. I have owned every player Dan has made. This is the best.
