Questions for the seller |

Hi
Are there any issues with this unit? According to the a'gon rating system a 10/10 is for new/never used. But you say it is a year old and slightly used. I've been burned by false ratings here...what is the true rating? The unit is new in every way except purchase date. I bought it and played maybe 8 or 10 discs through it. Nothing wrong with the player. It became a personal choice in my equipment as I have a heavily modified SACD player I purchased as well. While you are correct about the rating system, its hard not to rate this one 10/10 Hope that helps. I understand about getting burned but I have never had anyone up happy with anything I have ever sold. I'm not a dealer just an enthusiast. |
Hi, you said in a previous answer that you own modified sacd player. How did this unit compare to the other sacd player. Also, what brand is the other sacd player. Thank You The other unit is a Pioneer 5 disc. It had $2000.00 worth of mods done to it so its hard to compare head to head. I was looking for a single play unit when I purchased the TEAC. The TEAC has great sound but I found myself using the other mostly out of laziness :) I would put in 5 discs and have music for hours. This is why I decided to sell the TEAC. Its sitting unused. Hope this helps. |
