During shipment about 2 years ago, the faceplate was damaged on the corners. Thankfully, it's built pretty well so that was the only cosmetic damage. I had a local tech take a look at it and had him replace anything that may need it. He replaced a resistor and some transistors. It's been in rotation since I picked it up, powering either Yamaha NS1000's or PMC AB1's and always doing an amazing job. This amp has a clean and powerful sound. I just disconnected it today and replaced it with a Coda 10.5 which I recently got back from the factory for maintenance and upgrading 4 caps. I can't decide which to keep so I'll be posting the Coda as well. I will keep that which does not sell first.
Despite the faceplate issues, I feel the 6/10 rating is conservative. It looks good.
