Cornscala Type D Klipsch clone

Hello, Here is a pair of Cornscala 2 way speakers... These are built from Crites "Style D" kits and sound great! Please go to the Crites website for specs. They include two 15" Crites CW1526CF cast frame woofers, Faital HF-140/200 Pro mid/high drivers, Faital LTH-142 tractrix horns and Crites crossovers. The crossovers also have a treble boost circuit which is not in use right now, but the option is there if you so desire. As you can see from the cabinets, they are quite different than the standard Cornwall... for good reason, the bass out of these sounds much better! Maybe the narrow baffle, maybe the heavy bracing, perhaps the damping material covering all the interior of the cabinet? Either way, I built both style cabinets and these sounded far better. They are built of MDF, are heavily braced, baffle and bottom are 1.5" thick, where the rest is braced 3/4". The horn resides in it's own damped enclosure and is coated with a resonance reducing material (much better sounding than the bare plastic). Lastly, they are veneered in real maple and although there are no grilles for these, there are 8 magnets within the baffles to fit grilles. There is one small defect... while trimming the veneer, one of the speakers suffered a chip... I have filled it, but you can still see it if looked at closely (see pic). Other than that, the speakers are a couple months old and there are no discolorations, dings or scratches in the veneer. I will not ship these as they weigh well over 120 Pounds each! Plus if you pick them up, you get to listen to them first! I'm selling because I will be moving in a much smaller place soon.
