Counterpoint SA-220 w/ Dynamicaps

I am selling my Counterpoint SA-220 amplifier. The coupling capacitors have all been upgraded to the awesome Dynamicaps which are used by Michael Elliot in his upgrades of Counterpoint gear. These caps were professionally installed in early 2010 and have transformed this amp into an amazing sounding unit. It has kept me from upgrading until now. I have put it up against a Krell KSA-250 and Bryston 4B SST and have sold both of those amps in favor of the Counterpoint. I am only selling because I received a great deal on a new Plinius amp. The unit has some small scratches and dings on the faceplate. I am being very conservative with the rating. Replacement faceplates can be found every now and then on Ebay for as little as $50. It has the clear top cover because it is a former demo amp used by Counterpoint at CES to show off the internal construction. It plays flawlessly and sounds absolutely wonderful. It includes the original Counterpoint/Sovtek 6DJ8 tubes and rectifier tube. I have a matched quad set of Amperex 6DJ8 USA tubes for an extra $150 or a matched quad of Amperex 6922 PQ USA's for $250.
