Flawless dCS Scarlatti DAC. Plastic still over glass panel. This unit was rarely used.
Even though the $42,000 VIvaldi DAC is now the flag ship for dCS, this Scarlatti is still an world class DAC. It is capable of driving an amplifier directly negating the need for a preamp in an all digital system. No trades will be considered. I will only ship to the CONUS, no exceptions. Buyer pays Pay Pal and all shipping costs.

I am the second owner. I purchased on Audiogon about 6 months ago. I purchased an entire dCS Scarlatti "stack", even though I did not need the DAC as I already had the Vivaldi DAC. So I am using the other Scarlatti pieces with my Vivaldi DAC. The unit appears never to have been used. When I opened the boxes everything was beyond pristine. The plastic the units are enclosed in appeared never to have been opened. When the unit was purchased I have no idea. All I can tell you is dCS products are built to last and this model is absolutely MINT.
