Audio Research DAC 3 with both face plates and approximately $400 in tubes!
This is the DAC 3 - not the Mk II version!
Like new silver face plate; silver face plate has rack mount holes; black face plate has minor cosmetic scuffs for 7/10.
Rated 7/10 due to missing nut on the middle switch - see pics. This does not in any way impact the functionality. The Normal-Invert switch works fine and is not loose.
Includes the following tubes:
4 ElectroHarmonix Gold 6922 with approx. 50 hours
4 ARC branded EC88 with West Germany label with approx. 100 hours.
4 National 7DJ8/PCC88 NOS matched from Upscale Audio with approx. 150 hours.
4 GTE Sylvania JAN 6922 NOS matched from the Tube Store with approx. 200 hours
I'm the second owner for the past 14 years. Works flawlessly from a non smoking environment. Only selling as I moved to wireless.
Don't have the original box but it will be packed safely. I will pay insurance and the buyer will pay the flat Ground shipping.
