ARC digital to analog converter. Silver face plate. Comes with remote,manual, CD to interface your computer files,factory foam and box. This Dac is highly acclaimed in the world of Dacs. Noted in particular for its USB capability and ability to interface computer files for music. All the other inputs sound wonderful as well. I only used the optical input. It's condition to me is a 9/10 but I'm going to call it a 8 due to the nature of audiofiles .I will ship in the US if my asking price is met.
