Ayre Codex. Outstanding DAC sound with a digital pre-amp and headphone amplifier (balanced and SE) as added bonuses. It was used as a DAC with my Stax setup (also for sale). Comes with original box, instructions, driver CD, power cable, and I'm throwing in a like new Straight Wire USB cable (1M).
