Fleawatt Audio Tube Sabre DAC

This is a HiFiMe Sabre 9018 USB DAC mounted in a diecast aluminum enclosure.  The output of the DAC is sent to a dual triode Yuan Jing tube buffer circuit board.  I'm including a NOS JAN GE 5670W dual triode tube and a 6N3 Chinese tube.  The unit has an Alps blue velvet volume control, so it can be used with a stand alone amplifier.  If your amplifier has a volume control, you can max out the volume control on the DAC and control the sound with your amp.  A toroidal transformer is mounted to the top of the enclosure and shielded.  If you wanted to taste a little tube sweetness in your system, this is an inexpensive way.
