This is Marantz's Reference NA-11s1 DAC and Network player. Originally $3500, it is a truly special DAC and delivers in line with some of the elite units in hi-fi at a fraction of the price. Check out the Stereophile Review by doing a search for Marantz NA-11s1
I am parting with this only because I am upgrading to the Marantz Reference SA-10 which will allow me to eliminate my CD player and this unit and will simply attach a separate streamer to it.
FYI...Marantz has a reputation for having units with slightly buggy software. My experience (I have 5 Marantz or Denon devices) is that they tend to either work flawlessly or they are forever annoying you with firmware that doesn't download, streaming that freezes, etc... This unit has worked flawlessly. Literally hasn't given me a moments trouble which I can't say about my Marantz M-CR510.
