I'm selling my high-end system, including this modified DAC-1. It's truly a phenomenal piece of equipment, considered to be one of the finest DACs in the world - it practically turns CDs into vinyl. Outside you can see the custom faceplate and black powder coat. Inside there are far too many mods to list. Original faceplate will be included. I also have an unused custom silver aluminum faceplate if you prefer a silver front. Ask if interested and perhaps we can work out a deal.
