This is an extraordinary sounding headphone DAC, preamp and amplifier all in one very small unit (1.8 ounces). It is excellent shape and I purchased it new on 1/31/2016. The two year warranty is transferable! I used with my Oppo PM3 and MRSpeaker Ether headphones and it worked perfectly. Comes with 6" USB A to mini cable.
